How long it takes

Because every order is custom-made from your own photo, each piece is produced individually — there's no warehouse shelf we pull it off. Here's what to expect.

Production

Once your design is approved and payment is received, we make your item. Production usually takes around one week per product. If you ordered several items together, we prepare them as a batch so they can ship together.

Delivery

Shipping time depends on where you are — every country is a little different. On average, total delivery (production + transit) lands somewhere between 10 and 20 days. Inside Georgia it's faster.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free inside Georgia. For international orders there's a flat $30 shipping fee, added at checkout. Digital products (like the wallpaper pack) have no shipping at all — you download them.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.
