If something's wrong, we fix it
Every item is custom-made just for you, so we can't take "changed my mind" returns the way a normal shop does. But we stand behind our work — if your order arrives damaged, defective, or clearly not what you approved, we'll make it right.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product arrives broken or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@garagegifts.co or on WhatsApp, with your order number and a couple of photos of the issue.
Here's how it works:
- You take the item to the post office and send it back to us.
- You send us the tracking number of the return.
- Once it's on its way, we either refund your money or make and ship a replacement — your choice.
If the damage was our fault (defective print, broken in transit), we also cover your return shipping cost.
Digital products
Digital downloads (like the wallpaper pack) can't be returned once delivered, since they can't be "sent back." If a file is corrupted or won't open, message us and we'll re-send it right away.
Wrong details?
Please double-check your shipping address and chosen options at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us quickly — if your item hasn't gone into production yet, we can usually still fix it.
